Can sample at a tasting. Thanks troubles. Cloudy pale yellow. Lacto, yogurt, some pickled vegetables, coriander, mildly sourish, wheat, spicy.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Aroma and taste: Wheat bread, coriander, cistrus, lactic notes, distant hop. Light to medium sour, light sweet. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: OK. I appreciate brewing just classical Gose with no additions.
