Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, farmyard, light barnyard - horse blanket. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, overriped fruit, fruity, yeast. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. 750 ml bottle @ Patricks. Hazy golden body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, spices, dry fruit and alcohol. Flavor is sweet, light malty, sugar, spices, fruit, yeast and alcohol, low bitterness. Medium body. It’s sweet, but doesn’t have this sticky white sugar flavor that many triples do taste like. The alcohol is hot, and balance the sweetness very well. It almost taste refreshing with lively carbonation. Nice triple.

750ml bottle, brygg nr. 61, thanks to MrSoul for sharing. Frothy, white head that left spotty lacing behind. Hazy, golden-orange body colour. Aromas of spiced fruits with a note of honey sweetness. Sweet fruity hops in flavour offset by spices and yeasty fruitiness. Tingling alcohol to a smooth mouthfeel. Well built (on the opening of MrSouls beer cellar, Tromsø 01.06.2011).

Big offwhite coarseish head. Deep yellow slightly hazy body with strong carbonation. Fruity freshly cut wood aroma with herbal spicy notes. Dry-sweet herbal dried fruit taste with mealy spicy notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild mouthfeel. Dry-sweetish dried fruit and peppery herbal aftertaste with honey, coriander and cardamom notes. Lovely! Soft, drinkable, and full of flavour.
