On tap at the Getränkemarkt and bar on the edge of town, Pfaffenberg Friday 4th February 2022. Pours gold, excellent clarity, medium sized white head. A little more full flavoured than the previous Hell, a bit more malty and very soft. Good beer, I would like a little hoppiness to show but realize it's never really pronounced in this style, good though.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit durchschnittlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht herb. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, minimale Bitterkeit.

Pours a golden yellow with a white head. Aromas of bread/malts/hops. Crisp flavor with hints of hop/malt.

Big-bubbled and disappearing head. Bright yellow colour. Aroma is somewhat stale with butter, nettles and hints of metal. Flavour has butter, some grainy malt, hints of nettles and metal. Too much CO2 on palate. Not good.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet fruity - malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110913]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some dough, mild herbs and some slight grassyness. Flavour is bready malts, some herbs and quite doughy. Mild hayish and grassy notes.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Light golden color with medium white head. Strongly malty aroma. Taste, grain, sweet malt, bittersweet finish. Drinkable.
