Bottle at DSG 2011. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is dry, malt, fruit. Flavour is roasted malt, fruit, chocolate, hop. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle 500ml. @ the after-TFODRBSG11 tasting.Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted, light chocolate, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, chalk, dark malt, grassy notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle. A clear one, dark brown in color and with a thin, light beige head. It’s quite vegetal on the nose, with roasted malts and some grassy hints. The flavor has caramel, roasted malts and some cooked vegetables. Dry, medium bodied. Roasted finish with a touch of chocolate. Well, not a very well made schwarzbier, but it would be acceptable if they got rid of the DMS. 110821

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours unclear amber with a small creamy head and lacings. Paper, grain, and corn. A bit of bread and caramel. Medium bodied.
