Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks David Cohen. Clear deep amber. Lots of apple (acetaldehyde) and minerals in the aroma, with plastic, mint hint. Sweet flavor with malt, apple, minerals, toast, bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied.

Draft at Olympic. From notes. Roasty caramel with a bit of toffee. Medium sweet. Not bad.
