Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light nutty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 201018

Cask at the St. Ives 'Booze on the Ouse' beer festival, 2017. Pours dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, nut and fruits. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ St Ives Boozeon the Ouse festival. Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Clear amber beer, thin cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has decent fine carbonation. Sweetish malts, some caramel and cream. Mild hop spice. Light floralness in to dried fruits. Light finish Tasty bitter.

Cask at GBBF ’16, day one, 09/08/16. Copper pour with a decent light beige head. Nose is biscuit, earthy fruit notes, toffee, bread. Taste comprises short bread biscuit, toffee, strawberry, light malt, fruit rinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter linger. Deecent bitter.

Cask at GBBF Saturday, 13/08/2016. A clear copper coloured pour with a fading off white head. Aroma is sweet nutty sweaty malts, berry, hedgerow. Flavour nutty, hints of toffee, jammy fruits, raw grains, berry fruits. Palate is semi sweet oily, lowish carbonation. Meh.

Cask at GBBF - Day 5. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. The nose has some leafy hops, lightly toasted grain. Light sweet flavour with moderate citric hops, more pale grains, light leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish. Good bitter.
