Bottle@Cake Klint, Gudhjem, Bornholm (what a gorgeous view looking out to sea with 27c clear sunny sky)- fuzzy Amber pour with off white head. Toasted and sweet malty with some slight smoked meaty notes, some caramel, burnt brown sugar, actually really liked this as the smoke is not to overt for my palate. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at DSG 2011. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is smoked, malt, alcohol. Flavour is roasted malt, alcohol, fruit, sugar, smoked. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Golden/orange with a thin white head. Smoked malt aroma, some cured meat,caramel.Flavour is sweet malty with some smokiness.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy caramel aroma with hints of smoke. Sweetish malty caramel smoky flavor. Has a roasted malty smoky caramel finish.

Bottle. Creamy off-white godd mostly lasting head. Amber colour. MOderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Some smoked notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Week bacon notes. Oily palate. Not as bad as feared.

Blind Tasting @ DØE meeting. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light smoked - bacon. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 210911

Bottle 500ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear matt light medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, rubber, smoke notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet smoke, malty, rubber. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]
