From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and light breadish. Bitter and toasted malty. Dry and toasted. Bitter and lingering hops fruity. Bitter and smooth fruity into the finish.

Cask. Brown color with medium off-white head. Malty, fruity aroma with notes of hops. Malty taste with some biscuit, light hops in finish.

Cask@Pullman Bar, Helsinki (rating on the back of the receipt). Deep orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is caramel and crystal malts along with hay, mild nuts and some wooden notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild bitter wooden and floral notes along with some slight herbal notes.

Cask (handpump) @ Three Guineas, Station Approach, Reading, Berkshire, England RG1 1LZ.Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, caramel, fruity, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110427]

Cask-conditioned at the Inn on the Green, Bristol 31/05/2011. Amber coloured with a slight, off-white head. Decent session bitter with some solid, biscuity malts, a touch of fruit and moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 08. Copper with clear thin beige head. Toasty toffee aroma. It’s a reasonably tasty session bitter. Toffee throughout and then a dry finish. Fine.
