550ml bottle. Pale gold pour with brief fizzy head. Aroma and taste of fruity and floral tart pears, brown sugar and caramel. Medium oily body with a good fizz to it. Nothing complex but its well made.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a fizzy, dissipating white head. Not distinctive pear in the nose, closer to apple. Medium body, a discreet sweetness and low in acidity. Again, very little pear notes. But very drinkable and refreshing. 260524

Sample (Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet pear, some almost pukelike elements with mild wood. Flavour is sweet pear, some sweet elements with lots of sugar.

355 ml bottle at Captain Kidd, Wapping. Pours clear yellow with a dissipating white cap. Aroma & taste: sweet pear, sugar, light tannins, light acidity. Light body with light carbonation. Simple, it's fine

The aromas are very mild pears and yeast. Flavors are similar to nose with pears coming on a little stronger and similar to apples with a nice easy balance between sweet and tart. Not bad but not great either.
