Clear, pale golden, no head, bit sparkling. Aroma is of pear with some moderate- fruity tartness and bit vinous. Taste is medium sweet fruity pear juice, pear, moderate- tart, dry finish. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Superb! (bottle, Cambridge Wine Merchants, Cambridge)
