(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 18 May 2023) Hazy pale yellow colour with no head. Fruity nose with grass, honey, pears and yellow apples. Fruity, swet taste with notes of pears, yellow apples, grass, honey, a touch of orange and a finish with a mild acidity. Medium body, quite sweet. Tasty, refreshing and moreish. Very nice.

Keg at PoW, Farnborough. Aroma is ver6 sweet, honey almost, with a slightly peel edge. Clear light gold. Decent foamy white head. Extremely sweet. Syrupy. Hints of peripheral bitterness. Light. Thin. Sticky. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Way too sweet. A half is nearly too much.

On tap at The Stable - Birmingham, pours a clear blonde with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lots of sweet honey and pear skins. Flavour is medium-heavy sweet, with a nice honey nectar character and a touch of pear skins. Sweet but in a nice way, with a complex honey layer. Very solid.

Half-pint, keg at Craft Beer Co Old Street. Clear pale yellow coloured body, no head, no lacing. Sweet and dry pears on the nose. Taste of sweet pears. Lingering end. Just alright, but far too sweet in the long run. (London 11.01.2019).
