Bottled 500ml (brygg #33, BB 06/2012)
My 1st one from Staarup. Dark nut brown color, good creamy off-white head. Sweetish aroma has chocolate, berries and banana. Medium-bodied, fizzy carbonation. Sweet banana maltyness, light sour note, wheat, some cooked vegetables and medicinal alcohol.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Hazy ambery brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, wheat, quite big on the citrus and also some mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is toffee, wheat, mild caramel, some slight banana and citrusy notes as well. Ends in a slight yeasty and spicy way.

bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of phenols, yeast, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, phenols, caramel, and exotic fruits, leading to a dry phenolic finish. Not sure it is right.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of my sis Eva! Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a lacing off-white head. Sweet brown sugar and some nuts in the nose. Solid body, overripe dark fruits and nuts with some phenols. Carbonation is a little excessive. Not horrible but rather far from your typical Weizen Bock. 230511
