Pours whitish, hazy, white foam, looks creamy. Aroma is nice and freshly hoppy, some interesting soft texture in the nose, maybe from the oats? Body has some sweetness, soft texture and creaminess also there, fresh and superbly drinkable. Great example of the NE style, I like how light and juicy it feels.

330ml bottle. Murky, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Earthy fruity, leafy and piney, hoppy aroma, notes of spruce, pine, red berries, Rote Grütze, hints of moss, shrubs, mint, eucalyptus, woodruff, disguised hints of mandarine and orange zest. Taste is juicy fruity, a mixture of red berries and peppermint, woodruff, widely disguised hints of mandarine. pale malty basis with a biscuity and nutty touch of peanut; oily texture, creamy, mushy palate.

Bottle shared at THT with a rather nice picture of a slightly smug looking seagull with an impressive beak set against a beautiful blue sky, the likes of which I never see in The Netherlands. The font used suits perfectly, contrasting nicely against the artwork and giving a feeling a of summers day at the seaside with the sound of waves peacefully breaking against the shore while the gulls circle overhead spoiling the peace with their excessive squarking. The beer itself is a cloudy blond with a small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, dank notes and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 579 - BB 100717, at Sori Taproom, 20170306) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and citricness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A tasty hoppy brew with too mild finishing bitterness.

Light golden white color. Very light modestly hoppy nose with grapefruit, stonefruit and bread. Super soft body, super well integrated but bitterness is very low for NE style IPA, low carbonation. A bit too sweet for the style, but the malt shines. This is very well put together, super drinkable and the best European NE style IPA I’ve ever had.
