The combination of four classic malts & a generous helping of Fuggles in the copper creates a dark beer with a complexity of rich malty flavours. Each brew is cold stored & left to mature for two months.

Cask at Charlie’s Pub, Copenhagen
Mahogany color, dark but clean; no head. Aroma of meat, cheese, caramel, very light. Round mouthfeel, sweetish caramel, medium to low bitterness, a touch of medium roasted nuts and chocolate in the end. Balanced final, more malty. Drinkable (and I will drink it, because it’s called a Barley Wine), but not exciting.
