Named after the infamous playboy millionaire who sponsored a lot of early Gas Balloon races and motor car racing teams. This medium strength chestnut beer has a biscuity finish with overtones of aroma derived from the late English hop addition.

Cask handpump at the brewpub, Old Dalby, Leics/Rutland’ 23-01-09 Pours mid amber with a large white cushion of foam, in great nick it must be said. Some lemon rind in the mouth, its a nice citric bite. The bitterness lingers across the roof of the mouth and the tongue. There is a good bite to this, some thrusty hop. Its a tidy and tasty bitter.
