Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. Clear yellow appearance with a nice white head. Herbal, straw, grainy, a touch fruity aroma. Crisp, grainy, pale malty, straw, light lemon flavor. Not all that exciting but easy enough to drink.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Golden with a small white head. Maltym some fruity hops, a touch of yeast and a slight metallic taste.

Bottle 500ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden beer with a small, dense, white head. Malty, fruity nose with some hay and grass. The flavor has pale malts and fruityness, with some bitterness, but not enough. Medium body, quite dry. A drinkable one indeed, especially like the carbonation level, but it’s way too boring for my likings. 110820
