Bottiglia. Sentori di frumento vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. La carbonazione è frizzante. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia, limone e banana.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 21/06/13 on me stag! Lightly hazed blonde with a white head. Nose is citrus, grass, wheat, spice. Taste follows, herbal qualities, lemon rind, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp and refreshing finish. Ticks the boxes for the style.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, yeast, citrus. Flavour is dry, fruit, malt, yeast, citrus, coriander. Nice beer.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, moderate to heavy spicy, coriander. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy - coriander, light citrus - fruity acidic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottle, 75cl. Au unclear, yellowish golden beer with a small, white head. Very fruity and citrusy nose with a fine addition of coriander. Not much maltyness. The flavor has a chalky touch, but it’s mostly lemony and coriander. Quite dry on the palate, medium body. Quite quenching, but not very well crafted. 110820

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, coriander, citrus and pepper. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head and lacings. Yeast, wheat and coriander. A bit of lime peel. Smooth. Ends dry.
