Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG11.Unclear medium golden yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, citrus, spicy, funky fantome yeast, light barnyard. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus acidic, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110820]

Bottle, 75cl. A big, off-white head sits on top of a clear, golden body. It’s quite fruity on the nose, with a pleasant herbal and hoppy scent. Orangey flavor with pale malts and a nice lemon and herbal touch. Some bitterness, especially towards the end, where it feels like the white from orange peel. Dry, full-bodied and nicely carbonated. Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Trade with Henrik B. Pours cloudy golden with a frothy white head. Funky Fantome nose. Hay, grain, yeast, brett and dust. A bit of flowers.Slight oxidation. Ends dry.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Big citrus peel aroma with grapefruit, lemon, lime and also some interesting herbs. Dry fruity flavour with spice, lots of pepper and a hint of banana.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks G.V.!). Hazy yellowish orange colour with big slightly off-white head. Aroma is spices, herbs, mild honey and some yeastyness. Flavour is yeast, spices, honey, quite straong malts and mectary notes as well. No farmyardy notes when cold, but those show up as it warms up a bit.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy golden body and a small white head. Aroma is sour with soggy pear (baby food?), caramel and some alcohol. Taste is alcohol, fruit, grain, pear, soft, caramel. Pretty good.
