Local wild black raspberry syrup w/ Minnesota maple syrup before scraping vanilla caviar from Tahiti Tahitensis, Brazilian Chamissonis & Mayotte Planifolia. Forty-two months in Four Roses Bourbon barrels took this beautiful Old Ale on a flavor and aroma adventure. Next wafts in deep woody tannins which transform seamlessly into blueberry fig preserves whipped into a rich custard of pralines and rum soaked raisins drizzled with maple spiced caramel.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Black, no head. Heavy dark malty aroma, mild vanilla. Sweet flavour, rich dark malty, boozy warmth, some nice bitterness to balance.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has intense vanilla beans, some barrels, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is rich as hell, with intense vanilla beans, bourbon barrels, and dark sugars. Rich vanilla and cohesive malt base. Excellent.
