Cask @ GBBF 2011. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. has a fruity malty caramel and dark fruit aroma with hints of toffee. Fruity malty caramel flavor with hints of dark fruit. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Cask at the GBBF. Hazy copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and toffee, bread and nuts, and a vineous dried fruit note. Has a nice little touch of pleasant oxidation. Dry and somewhat thin malty flavour with caramel and toffee

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours cloudy amber with a bubbly head. Toast, ripe fruit aroma. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Slight tang. Mild brown sugar in the finish. Decent.

Cask @ Blue Blazer. Orange colour, tan head. Nose is caramel malts, bit of red wine sourness. Flavour is slightly malty, caramel malts, a bit sour. Not too well.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear light dark amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, malty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, nutty, licorice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]

Cask@GBBF2011. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, mild herbal notes as well as some raisins and mild ripe fruit. Flavour is caramel, fruits, wood, earth and mild toasted notes. Very old ale like notes.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight breadish. Vague fruity. Bitter, toasted malty, slight herbal hoppy. Bitter and light citrusy. Ends dry and bitter.
