Bottle - bottling date of 3/28/22 - clear light gold - pours looking totally still, resembling a white wine - nose of tart apple cider, sauv blanc, deep oak, a background acetic punchiness - fuller in the mouth than I was expecting - super dry - lots of grape and apple skin and oak - very light background funk, light lacto tartness, and just enough acetic acid on the tail end - light buggy funk and a slight peachy sweetness on the very end to balance the finishing acetic punch - dang balanced and tasty - giving me Cuvée de Castleton vibes.

Bottle as shown. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, tea, apple skin, oak. Slick body, apple, grape, funky, earth, light dry finish, very nice.
