BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of musty apple, funky, with a barnyard hint. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, with woody funk, some tartness and a caramel-like note. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.

Plastic barrel @ GBBF2014, 6%. Sourish apple hints, fresh, but still easy to drink. Lots of sour apples, not too tart. The aftertaste is smooth, sourish-fresh, nice apples.

Cask@GBBF2011. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is cheesy mild apples, some slight yeasty and earthy notes. Flavour is dry semisour apples, yeast, some mild "rubbery" notes (not in a bad way rubbery). Rather nice.
