Cask. Cavendish, Cartmel. Clear gold. Decent head of white suds. Nose has bready, sourdough like grain. Bit of a nettle leaf hop thing. Taste is dry and a little astringent. Some honey sweetness. Light body. Crisp carbonation. Light bitter finish. Ok. Not sure this is in the best nick.

11/3/2019. Cask at the Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Pours pale amber with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, flowers, vanilla, caramel, butterscotch and fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, creamy texture, very soft carbonation. As 3 point something bitters go, this was a good one.
