On tap at The Wedding. Pours a very murky, red-brown with a slight, off-white head. Has a big sour nose with fruits, berries, some wood and funk. More sourness in the flavor with some fruity sweetness, some strawberry and wood. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with some lingering sour notes and some minor acidity. Very nice.

Tap at MesandSim’s wedding party. It pours a murky reddish-brown, with a thin bubbly off-white head. The nose is sour strawberry, raspberry, wood, farmyard, metal and nail varnish remover. The taste is tart strawberry, cherry, red chilli pepper, tart Granny Smith apple, lemon, juicy raspberry and redcurrant, with a tart lemon finish. Full of tart juicy red berry. It is not the nicest looking beer, but is very, very drinkable stuff.
