From the beer engine at the barrel room. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a good bit of fine, frothy, white head. The nose is caramel, peach, lime, and green apple, with a lot if leather and attic funk. Dry and tart. Light to medium body, with a creamy, lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a simple, crisp, and enjoyable sour. Quality.
