Dark roasted barley malts give this beer its bold, powerful flavor and body. Rich notes of roasted coffee, espresso and chocolate shine through from the chocolate malts.
This beer was named after the majestic, migratory Blue Fin Tuna which return to the coast of Maine every summer. Like its namesake, this bold beer is a great catch any time of the year.

Almost black color with a fine beige head. Coffee, chocolate and fruity aroma. Well I think a lot of adjective will fit for this one. Tad sweet flavor with coffee, some roasted malt, light fruity and some chocolate. Decent nice stout.

Bottle at The Loop Hotel, shared with Hrabren, visnja666v and Goran (thanks!). Poured a black body with a slightly off white head. Creamy, slightly perfumey aroma, grapes, light coffee, just slightly oily but generally fresh. Very light... banana? Eh? But certainly interesting. Mild, light taste, coffee, creamy, vague raisins, light soapiness. Dry finish. OK dry stout all in all, nothing against it but the price.

0.33 bottle from Loop Hotel. Black. It’s dark outside. Coffee, chocolate. Roasty, sweet, medium body. Coffee finish. To light. Dark brown to black, quickly diminishing creamy head, just a trace on the surface. Chocolate, some smoke, roasty. More roast in the taste, sweetish, lasting roasty aroma, dry. Full taste, distinctive dryness, thick. Overly roasty stout, to intense!

Pitch black with weak but constant tan head. Aroma is of chocolate and weak roasted malts. Taste sweet chocolate, some caramel, some roasted malts, bitter chocolate and bitter dryish finish. Medium bodied and average carbonation.
