A strong golden beer with a fresh spicy hop character. A smooth taste with a balanced sweetness coming through on the finish.

[500ml bottle, gift from Mum & Dad - cheers!] Golden-amber with a thin white head and a moderate fizz. Looks very thin on pouring but actually has a reasonable mouthfeel. Aroma of sweet malt, and sweetness is the main initial taste. However, some grassy hops kick in, then some ginger, and a drying straw bitterness in the finish is just about enough to offset the sweetness. OK overall.
