Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Pioneer, Mosaic and Styrian Goldings hops provide a full range of floral and citrus aromas, and a moreish bitterness that drinks superbly down the glass.

On handpull. Pours burnished gold. Floral, orange zest, grain, almond. Medium body. Good.

Cask at the strugglers. Pale golden with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty bittersweet. Fruity and crisp. Light body.

Cask at the Swan Oldbury. A golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is grassy citrus, earthy, light tang. Earthy grains. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, grassy hop, some esters, light lemon rind. Palate is semi sweet, ok condition.

4/4/2018. Bottle at Cobbetts, Dorking. Pours golden with a slightly off-white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, caramel, hops and flowers. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Quite light body, slight oily and thin texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Cobbetts, Dorking. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 140218

Drink in bottle @ Cobbetts, Dorking. Nice head with good duration. Color is gilden. Aroma and taste are fruits, hops, flowers, malt and little grass.
