A light golden coloured Ale brewed using English Maris Otter malt, which creates a satisfyingly sweet malty flavour. The use of traditional hops give the beer a mellow floral hop aroma followed by a distinctive hoppy taste.

Cask at Wilde Theatre, 16th December 23. Pours light golden, aroma is tart. Taste is bitter and quite sour, not sure if this is how itโ€™s supposed to be, handed it back anyway

As still WFH and I likle the stats am adding on historical ticks. When the brewery first opened they were giving away samples at a local garden centre, where I tried this. PoW, Farnborough.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Ocado. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The aroma has some biscuity pale malts, grains, vague citrus accents. Light sweet flavour with more crunchy pale grains, a little hay, dough. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, some simple white bread, minimal hops, crackery grains. So so.

Cask handpump at The Bell Inn, Purton, nr Cricklade, Wiltshire. Friday 4th July 2014 Pours mid gold hazy, touch of burton snatch on nose. Itโ€™s as I expected, served suprisingly quite cold, but not suffering for it. Fruity with a light bitterness throughout its tangy, fine. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Cask at Ye Olde Red Lion, Chieveley. Golden amber with a loose white head; crisp floral aroma; biscuity malt taste; with some decent hops to finish. Very summery and refreshing, even on a wet day in December.

Cask at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough BF (at the bar - may have been part of the BF range?) - 12/10/12. Clear pale golden with a good sized frothy white head. Nose comprised malt, barley, orchard fruits and a little peppery. Tastes of dry orchard fruits, light hops, pale malt, toffee a little cardboard and spice. Medium bodied with little in the way of carbonation lending towards a dry finish.
