Bottled. Lightly hazy reddish amber. Peachy nose. Sweet with some raspberriesAlmost full bodied. Juicy and sugary, somewhat estery. Some strange menthe-like flavours comes out once it warms and ruins the party. Low bitterness.

Bottle picked up at The Grog Shop, Oxford, 17-08-06. Poured a dark brown colour, very little head. Whilst this is a brewery that I hold in high regard, I was still mightily impressed with this bottled version. Aroma is fruity and taste is full flavoursome great balance of maltiness, bitterness, some fruitiness as well, it just tasted right. Really good beer from a really good brewery.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy brown beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet with notes of prunes and over ripe fruit. The flavor is sweet again with prunes, but here combined with notes of nuts, as well as hints of alcohol, leading to a dry end.

Cask at GBBF 2005. Reddish brown, pretty good malt aromas with darkish fruits and berries, sweetish but good balance with flavours of strawberries and caramel.
