Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 21 Jan 13. Delt med Rune. Mørk gylden. Nesten ikke skum. God kraftig fruktaroma. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Svakt syrlig fruktsmak. Veldig fruktig helhetsinntrykk.

Cask, house beer at Smithfield Hotel & Bar, shared with Finn. Amber coloured body, naked surface, spotty lacing. Hop fruity aroma followed by a similar taste of peaches and a bittersweet ending. Standard bitter (Manchester, 21.01.2013).

Cask at Smithfield Hotel, Manchester. A hazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as light notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel. OK, but a bit boring.
