Cask at the GBBF 2011. Golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with grassy and herbal hops. Dry and grainy flavour with a touch of hay.

Cask @ Edgar Wallace, Temple WC2. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with citrus hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish.

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 2. Pours clear yellow with a faint, foam head. Mild straw, corn and hay in the nose. Light sweet flavor, some honey and a little bitterness. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Mild cereal and grain to finish. Overall pretty bland.

Cask @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, dusty hay, pale malt, light hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, hay dusty, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and mild bready and toasted notes as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, floral and quite flowery notes as well. Mild dry wood and pleasant maltyness in the finish.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Golden colour, white head. Nose is vegetables and slight hops. Flavour is light malted, hops, little citrus and fruits. Not too well.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, London on 7th July 2011. Gold with thinning white head. Citrus hop and quite a bit of malt. Lemon zest and cookies in mouth, and a tangy finish. Mouthfeel is quite velvety. Easy to drink.
