Small and lingering white head. Clowdy solid yellow color.
Nice belgian phenolic aroma.
Smooth but with high alcohols.
Phenolic with balanced bitterness.

Boy, after a couple of really mediocre Tripels (some of them much to sweet!), it was a pleasure to drink this not too spectacular but really nice example of the style. It has a very nice balance of yeast, fruits, spices (there’s that coriander again), and a little hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. I would drink this again.

Dark gold with a medium sized white head. Bitter, earthy, musty and dryish with a bit of fruit. Very long finish. Medium body.

0.33 l bottle from Spicy Days, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina and Capro. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Nice balance of spicy phenols, ripe fruit esters, peat and oak. Also some grain in the background. Medium body, slightly aggressive peat in the flavour, butter appears and lots of it. Smooth, sweet at first, light finish.
