Bottle sample at a Westons tasting at Porter & Sons. Thanks Norman Premium. Aroma of ginger, sugar and citrus-scented detergents. Sweet-sourish flavor of ginger, apples and citric notes. Finishes dry with long-lasting ginger spiciness (I can still feel it on my tongue after I had samples from two other ciders). Not too pleasant.
