Maibock is a “May Bock”, and is a paler and hoppier version of a regular bock. This Bavarian favorite celebrates the German tradition of brewing a strong, pale lager for release in early May. Complex malt flavors dominate this copper colored brew, uncommonly smooth due to a full six weeks of cold conditioning.

Dark honey with a large foamy head that left good lacing. Sweet, lightly bitter with a tangy fruity note. Medium finish. Moderately full bodied.
