Upside Down is an all-new recipe for Wiper and True. Brewed with the freshest hop crop of rare Slovenian Styrian Dragon, this is a beer which reduces our carbon footprint and dependence on South Pacific and North American ingredients, whilst utilising the incredible, less well-known hops native to our European neighbours. The beer itself is a silky soft, hazy Pale Ale with notes of lemon and passionfruit.
