Cask (handpump) @ Southampton Arms, 139 Highgate Road, London, Greater London, England NW5 1LE.Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, barnyard, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, fruity, dry dry, vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110731]

Cask at Southampton Arms, London. An unclear dark golden cider. THe aroma has strong notes of apple flesh as well as lighter notes of apple core. The flavor is sweet and is dominated by apples, but also with hints of apple core, leading to a dry apply finish.

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head. Aroma is bluecheese, yeast, tart apple along with some mild caramelly notes. Flaour is fruits, tart apple, yeast, mild grapes, spices as well as mild cheesy notes.
