I’m wondering what went on with this beer, and the few I’ve had from this company. I’m seeing fizzy, and higher carbonation. But I’m getting flatter beer. Inconsistencies from the brewery or the storage of the beer by the Mas at La Boqueria Market? I’ll never know as this was a one-shot for me. Maybe you locals can answer. Lot l22 17 - Nov 18 best before I suppose. I get a flatter amber brown sweet malt nose. No noticable hops. Really, very, very much like there Brown Ale. Sweet a little molasses baked beans flavoured. A miss label? fellows below talk

0.33l bottle from lot #145. This is a cloudy kinda deep dark golden almost a little bronze colored one with a small quickly fizzing away off-white head. Sweetish slightly burned nose. Green coffee beans, burnt biscuits and yeast traces. Not super, but fair enough. Much the same in the taste. It has a thin near watery feeling in the mouth and it's big bubbled and just above average on the carbonation. Some bitter fruits here, a bit watery perhaps. Kinda chalky and not clean if you like. Nah, I did not fancy this too much at all. 07.08.2014

330 ml bottle. Clear, dark golden body, aggressive carbonation with a good looking, stable white head. Aroma has mild fruitiness, spicy and Belgium yeast. Flavor is fruity, slightly sour berries, yeast and some kind of malt flavor close to varnish. Medium body and some bitterness in aftertaste. Not particular nice.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, phenols, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Medium body, a sweet fruity note and then a perfumy tang. Subdued bitterness. But quite enjoyable. 140113

33cl bottle. Orangish colour with a nice beige head, perfect lasting. Aroma is hoppy, malty, light caramel. Flavor has a decent bitterness, fruity and caramel notes. The final is short with a medium duration. Carbonation and body are medium.

Bottle. A dense, off-white finger-thick head sits on top of a clear, golden body. It’s rather weak on the nose, malty and yeasty, and quite fruity. Quite yeast flavor too, with pale malts and a pleasant fruityness, all weak. Decent bitterness, both initially and in the end. Medium body, a bit heavy on the carbonation. A drinkable beer, slightly unclean and certainly not very interesting, but drinkable. 120106
