Unser mildes und eher leichte Dunkel wird mit drei verschiedenen Malzen gebraut. Die Rõstaromen sind nicht zu dominant und bringen doch eine Menge Geschmack. Kaum bitter spielt sich eher eine angenehme Süße in den Vordergrund.

--Bottled, the brewpub. -- Clear brownish amber, small head. Caramelly bready nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dark bread, caramel and honey. Fairly low bitterness.

Draft at the source with Grumbo, pleasure drinking with you. Hazy brown color. Cocoa aroma. Taste is lightly earthy cocoa powder .

17/6/2018. Tap at the Hellesches Brauhaus, Halle. 4.8% abv. Pours dark maroon brown with a long lasting off-white to beige head. Aroma of fruit, veg, toffee, chocolate and malt. Moderate sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich nuts, caramel, roast , chocolate notes and hops. Very nice.

Draught @ Hallesches Brauhaus, Große Nikolaistraße 2, Halle/Saale, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany 06108.Hazy medium red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, caramel, dusty malt, dark malt. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet dark malt, grainy.
