Cask at the Euston Tap - London. Pours clear, dark brown with a creamy, khaki head. Smooth chocolate and ripe dark fruits in the nose. Medium sweet flavor with silky milk chocolate, dark berries, faint chalky roast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Rich, balanced finish, more lovely chocolate, just hints of alcohol warmth, semi-dry ripe dark fruits. Wonderful balance and depth here. Delicious.

Cask air pressure at Euston Tap. Black beer lasting tan head. Aroma of dark bitter chocolate and some dark fruits. It’s got some more dark really bitter chocolate in the mouth and more dark fruit. The bitterness of the chocolate character is really quite striking. Lovely beer served in great nick. Chocolate and fruit are amazing

Euston Tap. Cask. Opaque brown beer, good pale tan head. Palate is very smooth and light and a little dry. Smooth malts, no roast or bitterness. Very light touch of coffee and bubblegum ester. Little spice. Tangy Sloe fruits, not that sweet. Finishes smooth. Unusual and tasty but for me lacking full coherence.
