Clear golden, thick white head. Nose is faint sweet grainy, slighlty fruity. In taste there’s some moderate bitterness to the said sweetness, but there are no pronounced characters or anything like that. Light bodied with soft carbo and short finish. Meh.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 34B: 18B/10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 3618990921 (BBF 10.2018). AROMA: medium-low oxidized malt aroma (caramelly), oxidized hops (dried grass) and very faint banana. APPEARANCE: pale gold color and cristal clear. medium white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with low oxidized malt flavor (slight caramelly and cardboard), faint oxidized hops (dried grass) and a low malty-sweet background. medium-low to low bitterness with an almost dry finish. PALATE medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an oxidized weissbier with hops lacking the weiss and the hops. demands re-tasting.
