Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Cask@The Southampton Arms. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head. Aroma is dry apple, earth, mild cheesy notes as well as some herbs and mild tartness. Flavour is sweet, but dry apple along with some wooden and mild cheesy notes.
