Panda thanks to SaltyGrog: Poured a unclear golden with not much of a head. Aroma was of funkiness, some woodsy, mix of fruits and floral, berries, grape husk, lavender. Taste is complex blend of pungent fruits, prickly to the palate, some sweetness to balance, acidic.

Took home a 500ml bottle after spending a long afternoon at the source. This is a more recent batch at 4.5%. Brewer doesn't note it but verbally said this was batch X & blended in Y when asked at the bar. Couldn't type it all down fast enough without looking suspect. It's the same facts for a lot of the blends.
Mojito gals back at home after 8 months between the shelf & the fridge. Protein-hazed, dark golden pour, with a short but fluffy quarter-inch cap. Second pour is creamy raspberry & yeasty.
Smell is sharp, tangy & perceivably sweet. Raspberries, apricots, leather & gym socks. Macerated herbal thing in the background.
Oily raspberry, grape, lemon, oak, bright fruit, complex floral funk. Sweet n sour, leaning towards big acid. Second yeasty pour is mellower & gets some great middle twang & deeper fruit. Lingering sour, red raspberry flavor.
Prickly but kinda low carb. Very acidic but with good contrast. Overall thin with just a small notion of warmth.
Pretty good.

Draft pour in the Dynasty Brewing taproom. Well what do you know, this poured a bit like a rose wine, not much of a head to speak of. Aroma was floral notes, some light tartness. Acidic, super tart, but still smooth around the rough edges of this one. Interesting.
