Big beige head over deep dark red body. Milky, slightly rubbery aroma with velvety, lightly roasted notes. Taste is sweetish raspberry-like roasted malt, a tad watery. Aftertaste is burnt, chalky, and somewhat bitter. Not bad, but nothing too exciting, either. (0.5l bottle.)

Bottle 0,5l. Extremely dark brown. A creamy tanned head lasting for a while. A warming burnt malty flavour with a sweet aftertaste. Quite good.

500ml bottle bought at Systembolaget in Kiruna and shared with Finn. Almost black body. Rocky and brownish foam, mostly diminishing but leaving nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of cocoa. Rich roasted flavour with hints of brittle caramel and coffee. Crispated and a bit too much carbonated.

Bottled, alc. 4.1% (BB 05/2006)
Dark ruby color, good tanned creamy head. Toffee caramelly and buttery aroma. Quite light palate. Caramel, buttery notes, carbonation. More dunkel than schwarzbier. Very "easy to drink" and lacks character.

Bottled (4.1%). Dark amber/rubyish colour, mediumsized brownish head. Aroma is grass, caramel, metal and a bit plum. Flavour is roasted malts, with nutty hints. Roasted aftertaste. Quite pleasant, though a bit too much carbonation in my opinion.

(Bottle 50 cl) 4,1% ABV in my version. Beautiful, clear reddish brown with a fine, beige head. Loads of caramel and roasted malt in both aroma and taste. Soft and slightly sweet with high drinkability. 260805

Very dark color. Caramel aroma, burnt sugar. Good mouthfeel, with some sweetness, malt, a lot of caramel, good balancing bitterness. Equilibrated and enjoyable.
