Kein Brauhausbesuch ohne unseren süffigen Klassiker. Der schlanke Malzkörper aus Gerste und Weizen aus Bamberg bringt sehr feine Getreidenoten. Sehr spritzig, naturtrüb und kaum bitter, lächelt es einen mit seinen frischen Hopfenaromen an.

Draught @ Hallesches Brauhaus, Große Nikolaistraße 2, Halle/Saale, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany 06108.ABV: 4.6%. Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, pale malt, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, light to moderate plastic. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110707]

Frischer Antrunk mit deutlicher Herbe. Der hervorstehende Hopfen wirkt recht eigen, leicht muffig, nicht aber störent. Sehr prickelnd, der Hopfen kommt mit der Zeit weiter hervor. Er wirkt nun vollmundig und sehr charackterstark. Erfrischend, leicht zitronig zum Schluss. Nettes Bier, das geschmacklich in die Pils-Richtung tendiert. 11/8/9/9//9

Draft at the brewpub. A hazy light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and straw, as well as light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of straw and malt, as well as light notes of brewmash, leading to a dry strawy finish. Very simple.

On tap at the brewery. Nice glasses. Fruity aroma, like lemon. Flavor starts fruity, too, like peach or apricot. The finish tastes like lemon again, modest malty. A very unique beer, differnt then the kölsch from Cologne, but better then some of them!

(On tap) Hazy pale golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving laces. Medium body, rather sweet and malty with a lightly spicy hoppiness, but the hops only leave a slight bitterness. Interesting and pleasant. 020708
