Sample from 33 cl bottle. Dark amber colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, roasted malts, fruits, herbal hoppy notes. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish with dark malts. Nice.

Bottle@Lars - Black with a tan head. Sweet dark and light roasted malty with notes of chocolate, some coffee roast, caramel and brown sugar, medium body, dark malty finish.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt bread, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet iwth notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Prácticamente negra, de espuma ocre muy cremosa y muy abundante. Aroma a maltas tostadas y cacao, con notas ácidas. Ligera en boca, de paso fácil, amargor moderado, seca. Sabor malteado, tostado con un punto de acidez, bastante marcado y que para mi empeora el conjunto. Chocolate, especialmente en el postgusto.

Bottle. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate and caramel. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

Dark roast and toast. Jet black with a small brown head. Like the nose and decent.

330ml bottle from the local Pingo Doce, Lapa, Lisbon. Pours black, medium thinning pale tan topping. Aroma is burnt malt, chocolate, wood. Perhaps a little fizzy, but not too off-putting. Some subtle roast, cocoa hints, woody edge, nice harmonious blend. Pretty decent.
