5 week old pint can A: Poured clear deep amber gold with 1 of thick fluff that held up very well, leaving stringy lace. S: Very floral and doughy aroma with green melon notes cutting the sweetness. T: Moderately bitter and sweet at once with sweet flowers, bread and wood giving way to a delicious lingering orange flavor. M: Medium light with stiff carbonation and a lightly rough, oily finish. O: No traditional helles, but undeniably extremely tasty.
