3 week old pint can, beer labelled a dark pilsner (sorry if I miscategorized?) A: Poured a pretty clear cola-brown with 1/2 of lasting light tan foam. S: Some orange citrus, some herbs, caramel and toffee. T: Roasty flavors hit and linger. Herbal hops and faint citrus mingle and manage some balance. Light orange zest settles in for a bitter finish. M: Low, soft carbonation, light body and a sticky finish. O: Interesting and good. Not quite a schwartz nor a pils. Very nice.
