Bottle during an archery match in Thimphu. Clearish yellow color white head. Papery aroma. Taste is paper and cardboard, cabbage and sugar. Enough said

Sample shared with blackhaddock. Pours gold with a small white head. Not too much here, quite light, certainly doesn't taste 8%.. gentle sweetness, cardboard, corn, dry finish, quite bland overall.

Mega tasting session with Minutemat at my place on 6th November 2023. Panda from Grumbo. Golden body, wispy head. Didn't get the Malt Liquor kick at all, this isn't 'Strong' nor is it 'Super'! It's a bland lager like brew. However it is a new country tick for me.

29/10/2023. Big 650ml bottle courtesy of Painy's travels, cheers! Pours clear golden with a small short lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, grains, cheap supermarket cornflakes, buttered popcorn, touch of boiled cabbage that's run dry of water and started to singe. Quite sweet, mild boozy bitterness. Medium body, sticky mouthfeel, light carbonation. Not harsh like I'd expected, but not especially nice either and credit goes to anyone who gets through an entire bottle of this.

From a 500 ml can in Thimphu. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Bready aroma. Flavors are sweet malt with scant bitterness.

Golden colour. Plastic and alcohol aroma. Sticky, fruity, with an alcoholic, diacetyl-laden finish. Kind of generic malt liquor, really.

Canned, in Samdrup Jongkhar (with a meal of rice, chillies and chicken) Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with some fusels. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some rice paper. Mildly boozy. Low bitterness.

Many thanks for this 650 ml Bottle to Manslow. Piwo z Bhutanu, po otwarciu niestety niczym nie pachnace. Niewielka piana i musujacy efekt w szkle. Ale Nagazowanie szybko mija. Piwo w smaku delikatne i wogole sie tego alkoholu nie wyczuwa nawet zastanawia czy aby napewno tyle jest. W smaku na szczescie nie wyczuwa sie przesadnej slodkosci ani zastepszego slodu kukurydzianego. Egzotyka niebywala ale piwo mocno sredni.
