Cloudy yellow with little foam, funky perfumy hops rising on the nose. Flavour is mellow grain accented by light hop hints. Interesting soft beer of no memorability.

//Bottle from Cogo, drunk 8/5/16.
Good clarity, with sediment left behind, to this golden-flax colored beer. Big, foamy white head slowly recedes to cover.
Light coridander, white pepper phenols and bits of honey and light white bread. Clean, as seems to be the case from this brewer, with nothing flashy but also low on peach-banana-bubble gum (though some banana breaks through). It comes together homogeneously, with nothing dominating/out-of-place, though there is a bit more clove and coriander than I’d like. No alcohol/flaw.
Big, expansive, natural carbonation highlights the bready/starchy grains while also accentuating the peppery phenols and moderate yeast/coriander acidity. Balances quite nicely, though again, a bit more clove on the end than I’d prefer. But it’s got a good malt character often not seen in this style and doesn’t have an insipid bubble gum character that I dislike in many examples. Some light citrus, more grain, honey and pepper lingering with gentle to moderate acidity balancing the sweetness.

33cl bottle from Meny Bjølsen, Oslo. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Fruity and somewhat yeasty aroma with notes of citrus, unripe bananas, wheat and spices. Moderate sweet with a certain acidity and mild, but quite pleasant fruity and wheaty flavours. Medium body with a fairly average carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink.

(Keg at Gastropub Nordic, 20150718) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, coriander, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A thin wit.
